SWP RP Formats

This might be your First Fed, This might be your 3rd Fed. Either way partner, Each Fed has its own way of doing things

This is how we work things here... step by step
.
1. Planning
firstly understand what it is you are planning to say with your RP... if you writing an RP which is meant to be interupted then know when your meant to stop. like most stories, you need a beginning, middle and end before you can carry on. there are guides here to help you with this.

2. Construction
write out your RP without worrying about format yet... there is no point in being fussy yet, concerntrate on you matierial rather then how it looks. once you have writen an rp, which hopefully is longer then 10 lines, then proceed to the next step.

3. Spacing
This Step is helpfull to VGMs and will get you bonus brownie points. once you have written out your RP, make sure there is a white full stop so in the show it formats as spaceing between your lines of RP. an example has been shown to you in this post with the white Full Stops that have been inserted in this Guide

4. Color
This is my Favourite part of RPing... Making it Colorful. now our Tuesday night Commentators are always Red for Scott (who is more face) and Green For Eric (who is more heel). Our Friday Night Commentators are Dark Red For Gunny (more heel) and Blue for Rob (more Face). our Ring announce is Brenna, Who is used in orange and the rest of the staff dont have a designated color. they are, for Tuesdays, GM Angel Anderson and interviewer Leo Anderson. Fridays, GM Mitch Hawk and Interviewer Kelly. although they dont have colors, please try to avoid using Cyan. this color is very bright and should be used more for the person focused on in the RP rather then the staff.
as far as other colors go, your welcome to use any colors as long as they are readable. black is not a color we would suggest using as it is hard to read on the forum, and very blendable in the show.
make sure you use constant colors for the same person (so no switching to purple after you have been blue). also try to avoid using the same colors as staff you use in your RP (so if brenna is in your RP dont Color yourself orange) a nice tip on adding colors is to hit the AA button which changes the view so you dont have to see the [ colur=blue] blah blah blah [ /color] part.

5. Name Presentation and Descriptions
My Least Favoutite part of RPing. Once you are done with your coloring and adding spaces, you need to make sure everyones names are Bold. this is so it looks presentable. obviously Capitals at the Begining of peoples names too. also for any description like mike picks up a sledgehammer ect... you need to put that on a seperate line and italic it so it looks like a description (also leave it in deualt colur/grey). if you want to be extra kind to us VGMs you can also add descriptions of where you want your picture to be put, the banner, ect ect

6. Corrections
read through your masterpiece, see if your happy with it and it follows all the right formating rules... you can do this by pressing preview.. once you are done then press post (make sure it is in the right week and right shows RP section)

Leo steels himself walks up to SP's Locker room and Knocks.

SP: Ahhh Leo my friend hows things your looking typically anxious

Leo: heh well its not every day you meet... whatever it is you are

SP: I'm me.

Leo: What are you Mr.Pleasant.

SP: Amazing Leo I'm simply amazing.
.
Leo: Err can you get over yourself for just a moment.
.
SP: Ah if only that were possible.
.
Leo: You Know for a person with no internal organs you have quite the ego.
.
SP: For a person who has no combat training of any sort your quite the critic ahh what a pair we make eh Leo.
.
Both laugh as Leo finally starts to feel at ease around Skullduggery.

Leo: Anyway Mr.Pleasant...
.
SP:Skullduggery please.
.
Leo:
Skullduggery How do you feel about the fact that some people have been
saying that before the match even starts you will be losing.
.
SP: There's No such thing.
.
Leo: What?
.
SP:
There's no such thing as winning or losing, there is won and there is
lost there is victory and there is defeat these are the absolutes
everything in between is still to fight for. I will only have lost when
I stop fighting until then there is only the struggle because tides do
what tides do they turn.

Leo:
Be that as it may you are still facing overwhelming odds 4 opponents
who you have never faced and 1 opponent who beat you just 3 days ago
and he is the last opponent in to the gauntlet so he will be fresh and
assuming you make it past the first 4 I'm sure even you Skullduggery
will be tired and drained.

SP:
This was never going to be an easy fight setbacks and challenges are to
be expected but you know what ill do Ill plow straight through them
because I have no other choice.
.
Leo: What are you going to do then Skullduggery.
.
SP:*Skullduggery tilts his head in what appears to be a puzzled fashion* Haven't you been listening I'm going to win the gauntlet match I just made a whole speech about it. it was very good.

Leo: Well good luck your going to need it.
.
SP: Who needs luck when your as handsome as me.
.
Leo: *It's Leos turn to look puzzled* You have no face how can you be handsome.
.
SP: I hear size 0 is all the rage these days.
.
The camera pans of as Leo and SP laugh.
